Snow College wrestler killed in Richfield rollover, woman in critical condition
RICHFIELD — A Snow College wrestler was killed in a crash west of Richfield on Wednesday night. A Jeep Cherokee was heading east on I-70 about 9 miles west of Richfield when the Jeep ran off the road and into the median as the road curved, Utah Highway Patrol said. Officials believe the driver then overcorrected and went off the road to the right and rolled down an embankment, Lt. Cameron Roden said. It appears the two occupants were not wearing seat belts and were both ejected in the roll.
