Orlando, Florida – U.S. District Judge Carlos E. Mendoza has sentenced Sabin Heart Inman, 26, of Rockledge, to 16 years and 8 months in federal prison for possession with intent to distribute and distribution of 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. Inman entered a guilty plea on February 8, 2024.

Throughout 2023, Inman repeatedly distributed methamphetamine and fentanyl to a confidential source and an undercover agent, as detailed in court documents. The transactions with the undercover agent frequently involved more than 100 grams of pure methamphetamine, with one deal including over 50 grams of a fentanyl mixture.

This case was thoroughly investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, and the Rockledge Police Department. The collaborative efforts of these agencies led to Inman's arrest and subsequent guilty plea.

Assistant United States Attorney Megan Testerman prosecuted the case, emphasizing the commitment of law enforcement to curb the distribution of dangerous drugs in the community. This significant sentence reflects the severity of Inman's crimes and the ongoing efforts to protect public safety.
