    An obscure Detroit coffee house sits on West Eight Mile Road and balances a cozy vibe with interesting décor — which is the draw for newbies and why returning customers, well, return.

    Pam Duvall, 72, is the owner of Detroit Vintage Coffee & Tea, and serves guests herself. The shop is only open on weekends, and despite not having a website or doing any advertising, customers from as far away as Australia pay a visit.
