Lions rookie restores faith in humanity with heartwarming gift to janitor

Detroit Lions cornerback Terrion Arnold has an awesome relationship with his high school janitor, Mr. Biggs, and we saw another example of that now that Arnold has been drafted into the NFL.

Previously, Arnold returned to his high school to gift Biggs his Alabama jersey, something the Lions rookie promised he would do before going to college. But now that Arnold is wearing Lions threads, it was time to make another trip.

In a video posted to social media by the NFL, Arnold returned to his high school once again to gift Biggs his Lions jersey. Making it even more awesome was the fact that Biggs was rocking the Alabama jersey Arnold gave him to the meeting, and he threw the Lions jersey right on top of it.

"Yeah, man, I told you I was going to give you my college one, now I'm giving you my NFL one, man," Arnold told Biggs.

"I love you, man," Biggs said. "You still treat me better than I deserve."

I don't know about you, but that second line from Biggs got me. Arnold's relationship with him is what it's all about.

Arnold isn't the only Lions rookie who kept his promise to someone from his past this offseason. Fellow corner Ennis Rakestraw Jr. reunited with his fourth grade teacher, something he promised to do as a kid if he ever made it in the NFL.

While the NFL stories of Rakestraw and Arnold aren't yet written, it's clear to see that, at the very least, the Lions have themselves two high-quality human beings.
