With two full rounds in the books, plus several compensatory picks, the MLB draft will resume Monday with a mere 18 rounds to go.

The Detroit Tigers made three selections on Sunday, first settling on shortstop Bryce Rainer with the No. 11 pick in the first round. Rainer will join a Tigers farm system that entered the draft as the ninth highest rated group in baseball in a recent roundup from USATODAY.

The Tigers' farm system is highlighted by Max Clark, the No. 3 overall pick in last year's MLB draft, as well as right-handed flame thrower Jackson Jobe. The two prospects are ranked No. 10 and No. 11, respectively, according to MLB.com's top 100 prospects list.
