DETROIT (WWJ) -- Can anyone identify this wanted man?

The Detroit Police Department has released a couple of surveillance photos as investigators search for a suspect in a carjacking, earlier this week.

At around 5:15 a.m. on Monday, July 15, police said the suspect pulled up to a gas station at Wyoming and Joy Rd. in a Buick SUV, along with a woman wearing a white shirt and green shorts.

Then man went inside where he walked up to the 23-year-old victim, "implied he was armed," and announced a robbery, according to the Detroit PD.

The suspect then fled the scene in the victim’s rental vehicle — a silver 2023 Nissan Sentra, which was later recovered.
