Former Wrestler Hulk Hogan talks to the media during day two of the Detroit Lions training camp at the Detroit Lions Headquarters in Dearborn, Mich.

Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell has gone viral more than a few times for his fervent pregame pep talks and impassioned postgame speeches.

But now the fourth-year head coach is going viral for a different reason — his teaming up with professional wrestling legend Hulk Hogan to cut a fiery promo about the Lions’ upcoming season.

Campbell has a reputation for being one of the more animated coaches in the NFL.

During his introductory news conference as Lions coach, Campbell gave his infamous speech about kicking opponents in the teeth and biting off their kneecaps , and legend has it he even broke a few chairs and hit a couple of walls during an interview in 2011 with the Miami Dolphins for the vacant tight ends coaching job.

That kind of fiery personality is why Hogan believes that Campbell missed his true calling as a WWE superstar.

“He’s got the ‘it factor’ and he’s a wild man,” Hogan said , via Brad Galli of WXYZ Detroit. “There’s no substitute for victory in his eyes. I believe he would’ve been a really good wrestler; he probably missed his calling. I would want him as my tag-team partner and let him do all the work.”

After a 12-5 season and appearance in the NFC Championship Game, Campbell and the Lions are favored to win the NFC North for a second straight season, and they’re tied with the Philadelphia Eagles for the fourth-best Super Bowl odds according to ESPN Bet .
