    🏺 Pewabic Pottery's annual "seconds" sale is where imperfect pieces that didn't meet quality standards are sold at steep discounts.

    • Saturday, 10am-5pm, for members only.
    • Sunday, 11am-4pm, for the public.

    🎨 The Belle Isle Art Fair features about 100 artists, food trucks and more .

    • Saturday, 10am-7pm, and Sunday, 11am-5pm, next to the James Scott Memorial Fountain.
    • Free!

    🎀 KEM, The S.O.S. Band and Loose Ends are performing at the Aretha Franklin Amphitheatre at 8pm Friday.

    πŸ₯ Powwow in the D is a celebration of dancing and Native American culture, sponsored by Wayne State and American Indian Health and Family Services .

    • Saturday, 11am-4pm, at Wayne State's soccer field.
    • Free!

    🎷 Jazz on the River is a two-day music festival in Trenton at Elizabeth Park, 4671 Elizabeth Drive.

    • Saturday and Sunday; gates open at 10am.
    • Parking is $5 cash.

    🐈 CatVideoFest 2024 β€” a collection of the year's best and funniest cat videos β€” will be the DIA's Detroit Film Theatre all weekend.

    • Friday, 7pm; Saturday, 3pm and 7pm; Sunday, 2pm.
    • Tickets , $10.50 general admission and $8.50 for members.

    🍹 B. Nektar Meadery is throwing a sweet 16 birthday party with drink specials and food trucks.
