New York Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers.

Given the way the last few days have unfolded, perhaps the New York Giants and Detroit Lions should avoid scheduling each other for any future joint practices.

The two teams have been engaged in multiple fights during their joint practices, and notable players like Giants quarterback Daniel Jones and Lions receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown have even found themselves in the center of the skirmishes.

Another brawl broke out during Tuesday’s practice, and this one was a bit more violent than the previous ones with Giants rookie receiver Malik Nabers exchanging blows with Lions safety Kerby Joseph.

Things got heated when Lions rookie cornerback Terrion Arnold knocked the ball away from Nabers in the end zone. As Nabers was jogging back to the huddle he shoved Joseph by the facemask, which prompted him to unleash a series of punches Nabers’ way.

Per Connor Hughes of SNY , Nabers claimed he congratulated Arnold for winning the rep and Joseph approached him while shouting something at him which is why Nabers shoved him.

Hughes also hinted the Lions secondary might have been a little testy because Nabers had dominated them in practice the last few days. Arnold’s pass break up was reportedly the only time Detroit registered an incompletion when Nabers was targeted.

He caught all eight targets on Monday and was 6-for-6 on Tuesday before Arnold’s play in the end zone.
