252-Unit Apartment Complex, ATC Lafayette, Coming Soon Next To TopGolf In Lafayette, Louisiana
The new 252-unit apartment complex, called Ambassador Town Center(ATC) Lafayette, is coming soon at the corner of Lake Farm Drive & Frem Boustany next to TopGolf & Lourdes. This new apartment complex will sit on 15.2 acres(yes, that much land exists there) and will feature 11 residential buildings with a total of 252 units. There will also be a 6,500-square-foot standalone clubhouse, which will include a fitness center, yoga/group classes, and a lounge space. Other features of the complex will include mail/shipping areas, a dog wash, and other amenities.

Sherwin-Williams Paint Store Coming Soon To Youngsville, Carencro Location Officially Open
Well-known paint store, Sherwin-Williams, is under construction behind Rouses at 1633 Chemin Metairie Pkwy in Youngsville. Over the past few years, Sherwin-Williams has expanded its Lafayette footprint, first starting with the location at 1321 Ambassador. Then, recently, the company expanded with a new location now open in Carencro along I-49 at 100 Turks Bay Ln, inside of a new business park next door to the recently opened Best Stop of Carencro. Next, of course, is the new Youngsville location. Residents there were most likely sourcing paint supplies from the closest Sherwin-Williams location in Broussard.
