Yesterday, the Oakland Police Department made several arrests after spotting a vehicle believed to be associated with a strong-arm robbery in the Bay Area. OPD officers from the Community Response Team were conducting patrols in East Oakland when they identified the vehicle on Kingsley Circle, as reported by the Oakland Police Department.
