Jennifer Tannhauser, aka Jennifer Murphy, 41, of Wilmington, disappeared 14 days ago without a trace. Kimco’s highly visible redevelopment of the southern half of its Wilton Center campus into a five-story, 169-unit residential/commercial complex has been at the center of that discussion. On Monday, July 22, after a two-and-a-half year journey that began in December 2021, the project seemed poised to finally proceed to public comment and possibly an up or down vote by the Commission.
