CHICAGO — The city has become a stopping point for pigeons amid racing season for the birds — many of whom are being found in the area, exhausted and hungry, birders said. Natalie Quist, a board member of the Great Lakes Pigeon Rescue, said many pigeon races occur in Indiana, and the birds have to pass through the Chicago area to get home. CHICAGO (CBS) – The City of Chicago is suing two suburban gun shops accused of contributing to crime in the city.The newly expanded lawsuit named Eagle Sports Range in Oak Forest and Midwest Sporting Goods in Lyons as defendants.
