SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - Pop superstar and Willard, Mo., native Chappell Roan will donate some of the profits from her sold-out shows to the Springfield Glo Center. Roan has had quite the summer with two songs, “Good Luck, Babe!” and “Hot To Go.” She recently gave $1 for every ticket sold at three shows this fall, which equals around $28,000. The Glo Center will use the money to support LGBTQ art in the Ozarks.

World War II Hero Jack Hamlin Has Died at Age 102
One of the Ozarks’ most beloved military heroes has died at the age of 102. Jack Hamlin, who was born on October 15, 1921, died Saturday morning in Springfield.
