Sandy Paws Rescue Inc., a foster-based rescue in Massachusetts, has recently introduced a tiny 8lb dog named Bingo who is looking for her forever home. Bingo is a 3-year-old Shih Tzu mix with an adorable appearance and a sweet disposition. However, she needs a patient and understanding owner who recognizes that "dogs are not toys, and not all dogs love to be picked up right away," explains Sandy Paws Rescue Inc. This little lady requires some decompression time upon arriving at her new home to settle in comfortably.

Bingo's past remains a mystery, but it is clear that she "wants love on her terms," and being picked up too quickly can be frightening for her. For this reason, Sandy Paws Rescue Inc. is seeking a home for her without small children. Additionally, while Bingo is friendly with dogs her size, the local rescue is uncertain how she would react to larger dogs. Bingo is heading to Massachusetts later this week and Sandy Paws Rescue Inc. is hoping for a forever home to welcome her on August 5th.

Sandy Paws Rescue Inc. requires that anyone interested in adopting must submit an application to them. As a foster-based rescue based in Massachusetts, they don’t have a shelter location, and visits with dogs are by appointment only. Their dogs reside in private homes or kennels until adoption.
