Annual Pembroke Arts Festival Returns For 57th Year

The Pembroke Arts Festival is set to return for its 57th year, promising a weekend filled with community enjoyment and artistic expression. Entirely organized by dedicated volunteers, the festival will showcase both youth and adult artwork at the newly renovated Pembroke Community Center, located at 128 Center Street in Pembroke. Admission to the festival is free, making it an accessible event for all. The Artists Exhibition will be open on Saturday, August 10th, from 10 AM to 6 PM, and on Sunday, August 11th, from 10 AM to 4 PM.

Attendees will have the opportunity to witness live art demonstrations on Sunday by artists Mary Gilmartin and Becky Halekty, scheduled from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, respectively. Talented performers will also take the stage starting at noon, adding to the vibrant atmosphere of the event. The festival invites the community to celebrate the arts on the South Shore, offering a chance to win exciting raffle prizes.
