Sandy Paws Rescue Inc., a dedicated foster-based rescue in Massachusetts, recently introduced Chocolate, an adorable 7-month-old dog who they describe as an "energetic and cuddly puppy looking for his human family". Chocolate had a rough start to life, as he and his sister Coco were found abandoned on the streets in Texas. "A kind volunteer brought them to the vet because both needed urgent skin care and vaccinations," explains Sandy Paws Rescue. "Both siblings are fully healed now, and no one could ever guess that they ever sick."

Chocolate has quite the personality and especially loves showing his belly to everyone. His foster family explains that he does well while walking on the leash sometimes, but there will be times when he will want to "belly surf on the grass instead of going on his regular walk." They also note that Chocolate enjoys taking baths with other dogs. "Chocolate will be a great addition to any family since he is a sweet and friendly boy."

Potential adopters will be happy to learn that Chocolate is crate-trained, mostly potty-trained, up-to-date with his vaccinations, and neutered. Now all Chocolate needs is a family willing to take a chance on him and give him the forever home he deserves.

Sandy Paws Rescue Inc. requires that anyone interested in adopting must submit an application to them.
