    Kimchi Recall: Class II Risk

    The J-Basket Brand "Napa Kimchi" product, initially recalled due to high levels of yeast growth, has now received a Class II risk classification from the FDA. This classification indicates that the consumption of the product may lead to temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences, with a remote probability of serious health impacts. The affected products have best-before dates of October 26 and December 19, 2024, with a specific UPC code for identification. A total of 2735 cases, each containing 12 plastic 14.1oz. jars, were distributed in ten states across the U.S.
