    Taylor Farms is recalling onions potentially contaminated with E. coli as part of an ongoing investigation linked to an outbreak at McDonald's locations in at least 10 U.S. states. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) implicated the outbreak with 49 cases of E. coli infection, resulting in 10 hospitalizations and one death.
