On Monday at 6:07 a.m. the National Weather Service issued an updated flash flood warning in effect until 7:30 a.m. for Berks County. "At 6:07 a.m., Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated showers and thunderstorms that produced between 1 and 4.5 inches of rain across the warned area have weakened and mostly moved to the south and east.
