(Dauphin County, PA) -- A man was convicted yesterday of seriously injuring a woman by pouring hot water on her. Harrisburg police said 41-year-old Wisly Oxceva poured the water on a woman he was in a relationship with while she was trying to fall asleep in June 2019. The victim spent weeks in the hospital with second-degree burns. Oxceva was found guilty of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
