Summer rebounds, heat & humidity rise
CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) - Good morning. Dress for comfort today. Heat and humidity will increase this week. As temperatures rise into the upper 80s and 90s, real feel conditions could exceed 100.
