Evacuations ordered as bomb squad investigates explosive devices in Kuna
Kuna, Idaho (CBS2) - 37-year-old Tyson Jardine of Kuna was arrested Friday night in connection to a series of charges involving explosive materials. Kuna Police Officers responded to a home near E. 4th St. and Orchard Ave in Kuna for a report of suspicious circumstances. During the course of their investigation, possible explosive devices and numerous suspicious chemicals were located in the garage.

Idaho man charged with murder takes back guilty plea; prosecutor files for death penalty
IDAHO FALLS — A man charged with murder in Idaho has withdrawn his guilty plea, and the state has refiled for the death penalty following new felony charges. Lance Broncho, 23, was recently charged with three counts of felony assault or battery upon certain personnel and felony introducing major contraband to a correctional facility.
