Lindenhurst roads scheduled to close for Friday’s Wounded Warrior Soldier ride
Travelers in Lindenhurst on Friday are advised to avoid using a number of major roadways during the Babylon Town’s 17th annual Wounded Warrior Soldier Ride. Portions of Sunrise Highway, Hoffman Avenue, Route 110, Montauk Highway, Wellwood Avenue, East Neck Road and the Robert Moses Causeway will close during the event, which lasts from 9:30 a.m. until about 12:30 p.m. Rolling road closures will occur during those hours, Suffolk Police confirmed.
