Triple Crown Sports founders Dave and Annette King have transitioned majority co-ownership shares of TCS to two of their children, Keri King and Kelly (King) Salberg. Keri King and Kelly Salberg will control approximately 80 percent of the shares in Triple Crown Sports, with Dave and Annette King holding most of the minority portion remaining.

Steamboat Springs City Council meets tonight. One agenda item includes the first reading on the relocation and temporary storage of the Marshall House. This is so the building wouldn’t be demolished. The Marshall House is at 134 12th Street. It was the first wood-framed structure built in Steamboat Springs, back in 1899. A public hearing is also scheduled to discuss the Short-Term Rental Process.
