Jennifer Love Hewitt pulled no punches as she hit back at trolls who accused her of being “fake” in a selfie she uploaded to social media this month.

According to reports, the Ghost Whisperer star was featured in an Instagram post uploaded by her hairstylist Nikki Lee, and certain internet denizens wasted no time in calling the actress out for her altered appearance.

This came after Jennifer had cut her hair into a bob and changed its color to a deep, rich brown. Her stylist captioned the post in question: “Was time to spice things up.”

As is often the case when a celebrity changes their appearance in some way, fans of the 44-year-old were quick to fill the comments field with remarks.
