Matching grant helps restore historic building
HOLDEN--The historic Holden Town Hall building is getting a much needed upgrade. The two-story building, located on the Main Road in Holden, was built back in the 1870s when bathrooms were not indoors. We’ll see a mix of sun and clouds today with scattered showers and thunderstorms possible this afternoon and evening as a cold front approaches. Thunderstorms could produce heavy rainfall and gusty winds. Temperatures top off near or a bit above 80° along the coast and mid-80s to possibly some low 90s inland.
