THIS TRACT, ENCOMPASSING NEARLY 5 ACRES, REPRESENTS A SIGNIFICANT ASSET FOR THE CITY AND WILL PLAY A CRUCIAL ROLE IN FUTURE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS.
