Led by a balanced rushing attack, the Brazos Christian football team began 2024 with an emphatic 43-14 win over Legacy Prep Academy on Friday at Brazos Christian Field. Jackson Caffey and Truett Goodyk led the way with two touchdowns a piece. Yet, it was quarterback Cooper Murr that got the Eagles rolling. He began the scoring with a 41-yard touchdown to Caffey. He followed it up later in the quarter with a two-yard score.
