Memphis is renowned not only for Rock and Roll but its barbecue culture, offering finger-licking ribs and pulled pork. The city's smoky flavors and tangy sauces have earned it a prominent spot on our food journey.

Nashville lures in food enthusiasts with its signature dish, hot chicken. This specialty is served with a crunchy coating and packs a spicy punch. Country Music lovers can also find comfort in Southern classics like fluffy biscuits and gravy or Nashville-style meat-and-three plates.

As the dinner guests arrive at the Hemingway abode, they are greeted by the warm ambiance of the Spanish Colonial architecture and lush tropical surroundings. The dinner table is set in the beautiful courtyard, where fragrant blossoms entice the senses while gentle breezes rustle the palm trees.

Esteemed attendees include F. Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald, Tennessee Williams, Ella Fitzgerald, and Ava Gardner, Ray Charles, Scarlett O’Hara, Truman Capote, Harper Lee, Louis Armstrong, Emeril and even a King.
