The Jack Daniel's World Championship Barbecue, the annual gathering in Lynchburg, Tennessee, popularly known as "The Jack," brings barbecue teams and enthusiasts from all over the world to celebrate their shared love for the craft. This event not only showcases the finest barbecue pit masters but also serves as a platform for people to bond over their passion for this traditional American cuisine.

For more than 30 years on a magic October weekend, the smallest town in whiskey becomes the biggest scene in barbecue. More than 40,000 folks travel to this lovely Tennesse town to enjoy watching barbecue teams from around the world compete in "The Jack."

The entire village is filled with booths and displays. Visitors sample some of the best barbecue anywhere. Admission is free and open to all ages. The Jack runs October 11 through October 12.
