Dodge County woman missing, death investigation opened: sheriff
DODGE COUNTY, Wis. - The Dodge County Sheriff's Office is now investigating the disappearance of Crystal Rasch, last heard from on June 11, as a death. Rasch, 37, was not reported missing from rural Clyman until June 23. Last Friday, the sheriff's office said her husband, Zachariah Rash, was arrested for using his wife's financial accounts without her permission.
Missing woman case in Dodge Co. now a death investigation
JUNEAU, WI — The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office is now treating the case of a missing Clyman woman as a death investigation. 37-year-old Crystal Rasch has not been seen since June 11. Her estranged husband, 42-year-old Zachariah Rasch, was taken into custody June 23 on multiple charges of identity theft. Investigators found that Zachariah Rasch made multiple purchases at various stores with Crystal Rasch’s credit cards totaling nearly seven-thousand dollars. Among the items purchased were cleaning supplies, carpet and drain cleaners and gloves. No additional charges have yet been filed against Zachariah Rasch and the investigation continues.

Missing person investigation in Dodge County now death investigation
The investigation into a missing Clyman woman has now been classified a death investigation, the Dodge County Sheriff’s office said. The sheriff’s office is continuing to investigate the disappearance of Crystal Rasch “but has determined the case is no longer a missing person investigation but has transitioned to a death investigation,” Dodge County Sheriff Dale Schmidt said in a statement on Wednesday.
