7-4-24 victim of fatal car vs semi crash in dodge county identified
The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office has identified the victim of a fatal car vs semi crash. The crash happened shortly after 2:30am Tuesday on County Highway A/I and County Highway W, a couple miles west of Juneau. A preliminary investigation shows a car driven by 25 year old Vincent Garza of Beaver Dam was northbound on A/I, and was left of center at the intersection when it was struck by a semi hauling a flatbed trailer. Garza was pronounced dead at the scene. The semi driver, 63 year old Daniel La Brec of New Holstein, received minor injuries. A second semi was also struck by the car.

JUNEAU – Zachariah Rasch, 42, of Clyman, was arrested on suspicion of using Crystal Rasch's financial accounts after she'd been missing. Crystal Rasch was last seen on or around June 11 and was reported missing June 23, and the Dodge County Sheriff's Office has been searching for her in the week since with law enforcement-sanctioned searches only.

(Chester) Dodge County authorities have identified the individual at the center of a traffic crash and death investigation. Shortly after 2pm Thursday, sheriff’s deputies received a report of a car in the ditch on Highway 151 south of Highway 49 in the township of Chester. Authorities say upon their arrival the driver, identified as 91-year-old Arnold Hammer of Waupun, was deceased. The crash and death remain under investigation by the sheriff’s office. Anyone with information or observed the car in the ditch and did not call to report it, they are asked to contact Lieutenant Brian Loos at bloos@co.dodge.wi.us or at 920-386-4117.
