The Los Angeles Dodgers were on the road last week as they went up against the Milwaukee Brewers in a four-game series and a three-game series. It was far from just another week away from home, however.

The Dodgers had several memorable moments throughout the week, from the return of Mookie Betts , another career milestone for Clayton Kershaw , and highlight plays from trade deadline additions Kevin Kiermaier and Michael Kopech.

Here are Dodgers Nation’s Doug McKain’s Top 10 moments of the week:

    10. Kiké Hernández’s Diving Stop Throw to First

The Dodgers utility man made another strong play as he filled in for Max Muncy at third base , making a quick throw to first to pull off an out against the Brewers.

    9. Freeman, Buehler Complete the Play at First Base

First baseman Freddie Freeman threw to pitcher Walker Buehler , who ran to first base to help get Milwaukee Brewers’ Sal Frelick out. Frelick was initially ruled safe, but a challenge overturned the call as Buehler’s foot narrowly hit the bag before Frelick’s.

    8. Dodgers Turn Slick Double Play

Hernández once again came through for the Dodgers, making a jumping catch at third base. He earned that out, and completed the throw to Gavin Lux to seal the double play for the Dodgers.

    7. Mookie Betts’ Fantastic Diving Catch

The Dodgers’ eight-time All-Star returned from a fractured hand last Monday. Upon his return, he moved back to right field from shortstop. It didn’t take long for Betts to remind everyone why he was a six-time Gold Glove winner when he made a fantastic diving catch on Saturday in St. Louis.

    6. Michael Kopech Notches First Save as a Dodger

The Los Angeles Dodgers acquired Kopech from the White Sox before the trade deadline. He has already proven to be one of the team’s best additions. Kopech has a 0.00 ERA in nine games with the Dodgers, and earned his first two saves as a Dodger in Friday and Sunday’s wins over the Cardinals. He now has 11 saves on the season.

    5. Kevin Kiermaier Hits Go-Ahead 3-Run HR

In the sixth inning of the Dodgers’ game against the St. Louis Cardinals on Friday, the two teams were tied 4-4 when Kiermaier came to the plate. Kiermaier quickly gave the Dodgers the lead after nailing a three-run home run. Kiemaier has proven to be an invaluable addition to the team since the Dodgers acquired him before the trade deadline.

    4. Clayton Kershaw Collects Career Win No. 211, Enters Top 100 For Career Wins

In just his fourth start of the season, Kershaw notched six strikeouts and allowed one earned run in 5.2 innings and earned the 211th win of his career. This win propelled Kershaw into the top 100 all-time career pitching wins. He earned another win Sunday, moving him up already to 93rd on the list.

Another milestone to watch out for: Kershaw is just 37 strikeouts away from joining the 3,000-strikeout club.

    3. 40/40 Watch: Shohei Ohtani Ends Week with 39 Home Runs, 37 Stolen Bases

With four home runs and five stolen bases, Ohtani recorded his 39th home run and 37th stolen base of the season. Ohtani is now just one home run and three stolen bases away from becoming just the fifth-ever player to join the 40-40 club .

    2. Mookie Homers in First Game Back Since June 16

In one of the highlights of the week, Betts returned Monday after missing nearly two months with a fractured hand. He showed how sorely missed he was by hitting a home run early in the Dodgers’ 5-2 win over the Brewers.

    1. Kevin Kiermaier’s 99 MPH Throw to the Plate

With the bases loaded for the Brewers in the bottom of the first inning Monday, Kiermaier made a catch in center field and threw 99 mph to home plate to prevent Brewers’ Brice Turang from scoring.
