(WLUK) -- A Door County man was sentenced to 13 years in prison for sexually victimizing an Upper Michigan minor. Todd Stafford, 60, of Baileys Harbor, was convicted of coercion and enticement of a minor and two counts of travel in interstate commerce with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct.
