Just Salad Opens New Miami Location in Doral

NYC-based fast-casual restaurant chain, Just Salad will be celebrating the grand opening of its new Miami location in Doral this week, located in the Doral Square shopping mall at 3737 NW 87th Ave, Unit #102. The Doral store is Just Salad’s 4th location in Miami and 17th overall in the state.

The Doral location occupies 2,017 total square feet and offers 28 interior seats as well as 10 exterior seats for both indoor and outdoor dining. There are flexible seating options available on the interior, including a long banquette, 2-top booths and loose tables and chairs to easily accommodate any party size. The restaurant is open Monday – Friday from 10:30am – 9pm, as well as Saturday – Sunday from 11am – 8:30pm.

Just Salad guests will be able to choose from over 15 chef-designed salads, wraps, warm bowls, avocado toast, soups and smoothies when visiting the new store. Specific menu highlights include Just Salad’s seasonal winter salads, the Crispy Chicken Poblano, Thai Chicken Crunch and Tokyo Supergreens – and Earth-Friendly salads with low carbon footprints. With Just Salad’s signature Reusable Bowl Program, guests are invited to join the company’s effort to reduce waste by purchasing a bowl and will receive a free salad topping with every reuse.

To further incentivize healthy, climate-conscious food choices, Just Salad will be offering the following in-store promotions as part of its Doral Grand Opening celebration:

$5 Meal Days: Every customer who orders in-store on Thursday, February 8 – Friday, February 9 (from 10:30am – 2pm and 5pm – 9pm) and Saturday, February 10 (all day) will receive a discounted $5 meal.

Community Workers Day: Just Salad will offer $5 meals for Community Workers who purchase meals in-store on Wednesday, February 14.

VIP Bowl Day: Just Salad will offer $5 meals for Reusable Bowl customers who purchase meals in-store on Saturday, March 2.
