Furthermore "Kid" Tim may have just committed Fraud while using his rank to solicit voters and ask for policy changes in his State under the guise he was a war veteran with the rank of a CSM (Retired) that right there kiddo is Fraud i.e. Stolen Valor. you may want to look up the law.
