No charges for Valley crash resulting in death of 5-year-old Omaha girl
The Douglas County Attorney’s Office will not file charges after a 5-year-old Omaha girl died following a crash in June near Valley, officials announced Thursday. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office concluded its investigation into the three-vehicle fatal crash on June 21 at the intersection of Nebraska Highway 36 and 300th Street, according to a press release. The investigation’s findings were reviewed by the County Attorney’s Office, which decided not to file any charges.
