It is a walkthrough of Las Vegas history. When the Commercial Center opened in 1963, it was considered the crown jewel of shopping centers. Today, it is an outdoor museum of Mid-Century Modern and brutalist architecture. The property is dotted with large-scale mural art. People live and work in the district every day, enjoying its uniqueness.

The landmark was established in 1963. Since then, it has been home to many original small businesses in Las Vegas.
