On July 16, 14-year-old Steven Marquez was arrested in Casper in connection to the homicide of Todd Kidd. CHEYENNE – Cheyenne East graduate Bricen Baktamarian placed third in trap shooting at the National High School Finals Rodeo on Saturday in Rock Springs. Baktamarian hit 196 of the 200 clays he fired his shot gun at, and finished third after a shoot-off with South Dakota’s Jude Sargent. Brandon Heck of Arkansas won the competition by hitting 198.
