He was born in Allagash, Maine August 10th, 1942 to the late Luther and Arlene (Jackson) Kelly. He was raised by his loving late Aunt Sarah and Uncle Charlie Jackson from infancy with his cousin Bradley Jackson. He had an idyllic childhood with an extended family in the deep woods of Maine. He spent many happy years in Maine, and he always longed to be around family.
