The sunflowers are back at the Smith Perry Berries Farm
OOLTEWAH, Tenn. (WDEF) — The sunflowers are peeking through in Ooltewah at the Smith Perry Berries Farm. With each bucket of sunflowers you buy, it goes towards a good cause. Each bucket is $20 but you get to pick as many as you want. The current record is 180 in one bucket. But what’s even better is that for every bucket, $10 goes towards children hospital for charity.
American Bicycle Group CEO Peter Hurley Passes Away
Peter Hurley, CEO of the American Bicycle Group (ABG), has died after suffering a heart attack following a morning run on Friday, July 19. He was 67 years old. According to the media report filed by Chattanoogan.com, Hurley had acquired a majority interest in ABG, which he led for 18 years. ABG is the parent company of the Quintana Roo, Litespeed and OBED brands and is based in Chattanooga, TN.
