Marshall Football Visits Lake Mills For Week 2 Action On DDTV
The Marshall Cardinals and Lake Mills L Cats square off tonight at 7 PM in a week two matchup on Daily Dodge TV. Marshall started their season off in Johnson Creek against the reigning Trailways Conference champions last Thursday. They fell to Tim Wagner’s Blue Jays 34-7 off a stand-out performance from Quarterback Tanner Herman. The Marshall defense struggled with the dual-threat QB and allowed 441 total yards. The Cardinals also had a difficult time running the ball between the tackles as they saw Senior fullback Bowe Meyer rush nine times for only 6 yards.

BD Football Hosts Baraboo Tonight On DDTV/ESPN BD
The Beaver Dam High School football team hosts Baraboo tonight at HH Derleth Field in a non-conference game you can hear on 1430 ESPN and watch on DailyDodge TV. The Golden Beavers (1-0) were solid in all three phases last week in their 48-21 win over Fort Atkinson. Josiah Barnes ran for 188 yards and a pair of scores, while Eli Bryant tossed a pair of TD passes in the win. Beaver Dam committed just three penalties in the victory.
Golden Beavers Roll By Baraboo
The Beaver Dam High School football team rolled by Baraboo 35-7 on Friday night on Military and First Responders Appreciation Night at HH Derleth Field. QB Eli Bryant connected with Jeff Freund on a 36-yard TD pass on the first play from scrimmage and never looked back. Late in the first quarter Bryant tossed 16-yard strike to Brandon Morrissey to make it 14-0. With 5:21 left in the 2nd, Bryant ran one in from 10 yards out, pushing the lead to 21-0 heading to the halftime locker room. Bryant fired his 3rd TD pass of the night with 3:25 left in the 3rd quarter when he found Zach Schave in the back corner of the end zone from seven yards out. Early in the 4th Josiah Barnes put BD up 35-0 with four -yard TD run. Baraboo found the end zone with 6:02 left in regulation as Jackson Puttkamer plunged in from four yards out.
