heIn the recent months, it appeared as if Bruce Willis family were preparing for the inevitable, as they didn’t release any update about his health. This got his fans worried as speculations and rumors filled the air about the actor’s health, but thankfully, his ex-wife Demi Moore recently laid the tension to rest as she shared heartwarming news about his health.

During a live discussion at the 2024 Hamptons International Film Festival, Demi shared that Bruce’s health is now “stable.” The actress also reiterated her commitment to his health while claiming that she has come to terms with Bruce’s reality, and she understands that “the disease is what the disease is.”

Although Bruce and Demi got divorced after 13 years of marriage, the ex-lovers handled the split as a form of transition rather than nursing any animosity towards each other as they co-parent their daughters. So it is not unusual to see that Demi runs a blended family with Bruce’s children and wife from his second marriage, and everyone has offered their support to the actor in the wake of his battle with frontotemporal dementia.

Thankfully, Bruce is getting all the help and support he needs at this trying time as he is surrounded by his loved ones and family. Although the actor is losing himself daily due to the progressive nature of his neurological condition, which causes cognitive decline, his family, alongside his ex-wife, has vowed to make him feel at peace as he enjoys the time he has left.

The 61-year-old has also taken time out to commiserate with families who are caring for sick loved ones too, as she encouraged them “to just meet them where they’re at,” and not have too many expectations because holding on to what was is a “losing game” and would only hurt worse.

It appears like the Willis family has found a way to cope with the actor’s sickness as her daughter Tallulah also expressed that there are “painful days,” but the painful days are filled with so much love. Willis also shares two children, Mabel and Evelyn, with his second wife, Emma Heming Willis, who has also become a crusader and advocate for those living with FTD following Bruce’s diagnosis.
