A two-bedroom house in Larkspur, Colorado, looks perfect for a Flintstones fan as it is situated right in front of an old red rock, which is said to be 200 million years old. The property has everything a Flintstones lover would fancy including a garden, picnic spots, and good ambiance for relaxing.

The house is going for $989,000 with an assurance of value for money as the previous owners invested in refurbishing the property. The million-dollar home contains a walk-in closet, a large garage, and an extra room.

The interesting building is located in Larkspur, Colorado and has been in existence since 2000. The listing states that it has a mud storage room, containing a sink and all the necessary mechanical fittings. The guest suite comes with barn doors and an aesthetic 5-piece bathroom, plus a walk-in closet.

The structure was well thought out to provide adequate ventilation through two HRV fresh air exchange units installed correctly. The large two-tiered deck is guaranteed to give breathtaking views of the greenery and that of the historical rock.

    Another ‘Flintstone’ house

There are more Flintstone-inspired houses across the U.S., including one in the Hillsborough neighborhood, which features a hobbit-looking purple and orange structure. It is complete with “Yabba Dabba Doo” signs, steel animals and big mushrooms.

Sadly, the structure’s owner, Florence Fang, was sued for violating local codes by putting up dinosaur sculptures in the backyard and making landscaping changes that caught the attention of local officers. Fang fought for her dreamy setup and won the lawsuit.
