New NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte credited former US president Donald Trump with persuading allies to increase their defence spending.

"Thanks to (Trump)" allies increased defence spending since 2018, Rutte said, referring to a tense NATO leaders summit when the then-US president pushed members hard to up spending.

The secretary general also said the US republican presidential candidate was right to warn allies about the challenges posed by China. "It's taken on board, I think by many us," he said.

The new NATO chief added that Trump, as well as US democrat presidential candidate Kamala Harris, understood that Russia must not win in Ukraine as this would endanger the alliance's security.

When Donald Trump was in the Whitehouse Iranian backed Terrorists, Russia and China were all held at bay and no conflicts were happening. There was peace. Not today. In 3.5 short years, Russia invades the Ukraine, Iran is attacking Israel, and all of this is the direct result of the current 50% Biden and 50% Kamala Harris weak inept ineffective leadership on the United States. Donald Trump understands like Israel understands that peace only is possible when a doctrine of "PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH" exists in Israel and in the United States. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are a threat to peace throughout the world and in the United States. They must be voted out along with every Liberal Leftist politician from the Whitehouse down to the State County and Local levels. MAGA Trump Vance Save America đŸ‡ș🇾
