Germany will be without defender Benjamin Henrichs for the upcoming Nations League matches against Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Netherlands, the German Football Federation (DFB) said on Wednesday.

According to the DFB, the RB Leipzig player is suffering from back problems and left the team headquarters in Herzogenaurach in Bavaria.

Henrichs is the seventh player on Germany's injury list ahead of the October games, but coach Julian Nagelsmann won't call up a replacement.

David Raum, Jamal Musiala, Kai Havertz and Robin Koch were forced to withdrawn at short notice, while goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen and striker Niclas Füllkrug weren't even named to the squad this time.

Germany face Bosnia and Herzegovina on Friday and host the Netherlands on Monday.
