Dresher, PA – The Rose Bridge Farm and Animal Sanctuary allows a range of farm animals to restore their lives in a peaceful, loving environment before finding a forever home, and allows people to try their hand at caring for them.
Sharon Mathers, the Glamping and Workshops Manager at Rose Bridge, shares, “People that come here, I think the most memorable comment that they make is they say it’s the best day of their life … The countryside of this area is something that not every place can offer. It’s almost like you can come here, have the time of your life, but also give back to your community. So, it’s really a win-win situation.”
At Rose Bridge, anybody can be a farmer for a day – with opportunities like husbandry and agriculture lessons, animal cuddling sessions, goat yoga, goat hiking, and even the Little Farmers program that teaches kids ages 7 to 11 how to raise baby animals.
If you’re looking to immerse yourself in the environment, Glamping gives you the grit of farm life with a touch of glamour. Guests can stay in a glamping tent for a few days and either relax and take in nature or get involved in the farm through animal cuddling and feedings.
Of course, if one visit isn’t enough and you’re looking for more ways to help the animals, Rose Bridge Farm maintains a happy habitat with the help of volunteers. Rose Bridge Farm and Animal Sanctuary is a place to find peace and a way to give back!
