Therapy Adventures opens new location off RR12

On April 30, the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce held a ribboncutting ceremony to celebrate the new location of Therapy Adventures, a pediatric speech, feeding and occupational therapy practice located in the heart of Dripping Springs off RR 12.

Practice owner Amanda Mossaro is a speech language pathologist and feeding specialist with over 10 years of experience. She believes in offering family-centered, collaborative evidencebased care that is customized to your child’s needs. With a team of compassionate and highly skilled therapists, Therapy Adventures is all about giving children the support they need to help reach their full potential.

Mossaro explains, “Therapy Adventures started as a dream. After working in a variety of settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, early intervention, schools and home health, we felt limited in the quality of services we could provide and knew we could do better. We believed our families deserved better, so we decided to build something better.”

The practice offers comprehensive evaluation and treatment plans to address a variety of needs, including infant feeding difficulties, picky eating, food aversions, oral motor delays and disorders, articulation disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, speech delays, self-care skills, sensory processing disorders, fine motor difficulties, orofacial myofunctional disorders and other developmental needs.
