MODOT Meeting to Discuss Near Roundabout Near Reeds Spring
A meeting to discuss and upcoming Highway Project takes place next week. According to a release from the Missouri Department of Transportation, the $2.1 million project is expected to start later this year and would construct a roundabout at the intersection of Highways 13, 160, 248, and Dogwood Tree Road near Reeds Spring Jct. MODOT says nearly 12,000 vehicles use that intersection on a daily basis. MODAT also states in the release that new roundabout will help with safety and traffic flow for motorists.
Missouri governor candidate arrives in Kirksville in 'Trump Train'
KIRKSVILLE, Mo. — A Missouri governor candidate took a unique mode of transportation to Kirksville. Republican Chris Wright traveled to northeast Missouri in what's called the "Trump Train", a truck hauling a trailer carrying three large replicas of elephants and campaign signs for former President Donald Trump and U.S. Senator Josh Hawley, R-Missouri, alongside his own.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - The Robert Courtney case impacted at least 4,000 patients across Kansas City. He was a trusted pharmacist who diluted life-saving medication for extra money. An FBI sting revealed Courtney diluted chemotherapy treatments. Testing revealed medication was diluted anywhere from 30% to mere traces of medication. Courtney later admitted he watered down medication for AIDS, fertility, diabetes and even eye drops.
